To a company, I bought a device for more than 3,500 dollars in 2016, the elite, it was a wonderful device, but unfortunately the after-sales services are not good, as well as the agents in China and in other countries. I updated it and it stopped working.  The shipping cost is the price of a new device in addition to the price of the update. If there is a problem with the device and the Android system, why do you promote that it is the best? If you do not have good agents who solve problems, why do you promote that you have good agents in support?  The first year and then it declines. I used a lot of devices, Snap One, Waf Cars, Launch and others. They are good . Look  it's seam my problem
